The first domestic UHV thyristor series inverter medium frequency electric furnace equipment was successfully put into operation
In the golden autumn of October 2022, our technical engineers spent two weeks and after painstaking, serious and careful testing and debugging, the furnace voltage of the equipment ran at 5000V, truly realizing high voltage and low current. All indicators meet the design requirements. The equipment’s energy-saving indicators, safety indicators, and stability far exceed the levels of domestic and international peer products.
Since the establishment of the company, it has always attached great importance to the research and development and breakthrough of new products, and carried out research and development work based on the principle of creating higher value for customers. In recent years, our company has continuously challenged the high power and high voltage of thyristors in series, and challenged the safer limit.
The successful debugging and operation of this equipment marks another scientific research achievement achieved by our company’s independent research and development. Its successful research and development will mean a new breakthrough for similar products in the industry, allowing our company to continue to maintain the strong momentum of technological innovation in the industry, and write a new chapter for thyristor series technology to move to a higher level.
