Molten Iron Transfer System, originated from clients’ practical needs, developed in high quality standard and advanced technology, providing a transfer line totally free from manual labor with complete automation. The transfer line greatly improve the efficiency while saving human labor and safety risk, featuring:
- All furnace front cart are equipped with weighing sensor, the weight are displayed real-time and communicated to auto-pouring system and smelting system.
- The control system can calculate the molten needed and regulate the transfer, instructing the lift cart to stop feeding or alarm the workers to increase molten supply.
- Self-developed control system can coordinate multi-transfer carts to transfer molten in programmed sequence like picking up, slag-removal, nodulizing, feeding, etc.
- IWAN wireless operating system from SIMENS along with high end sensor from SICK and self-developed control system make the whole transfer line very stable and safe.
- Furnace front cart can pick up molten at any furnace, and move front backword to adapt the pouring angle.
- An insulation cover is designed to reduce heat loss during transfer.
- A guard panel is designed in each cart to prevent operation error, based on highly reliable sensor.
- A rail sweeping device is installed in front of the cart, keep the molten away from the rail.
- Full series of transfer cart is available, including furnace front cart, turnover cart, lift cart, etc, providing multitransfer solution based on practical needs.
