Participate in electromagnetic radiation research work briefing

The Guangdong Provincial Environmental Radiation Monitoring Center was commissioned by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China to conduct a thorough investigation of the electromagnetic radiation amount and data of intermediate frequency furnaces. Lay the foundation for future national legislation.

Invited by the Guangdong Environmental Radiation Monitoring Center and the Guangdong Foundry Association, Guangdong Rongke Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. actively participated in related work.

On the morning of August 11, 2023, a team led by Ning Jian, Director of the Guangdong Environmental Radiation Monitoring Center, and Li Zhanyou, Chief Engineer, accompanied by Zhang Kanglin, Secretary-General of the Guangdong Foundry Association, went to Guangdong Rongke Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. for exchange and research. The two parties conducted a full discussion on the impact of electromagnetic radiation generated by equipment in the intermediate frequency furnace industry on the environment, as well as the current status and development direction of the intermediate frequency furnace industry.

First, Ning Jian, director of the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Radiation Monitoring Center, and Li Zhanyou, chief engineer, introduced the main work content of this investigation: the impact of electromagnetic radiation generated by the intermediate frequency furnace on the environment.

Then our technical director: Liang Hong introduced and analyzed in detail the mechanism of electromagnetic radiation generated by the medium frequency electric furnace; the working principle, safety performance of our equipment, and the shielding measures for electromagnetic radiation.

After the meeting, General Manager Peng Yibo accompanied several leaders to visit the production department of Guangdong Rongke and introduced the production process of our equipment and the company’s development history. Director Ning, General Engineer Li and Secretary-General Zhang of the Foundry Association gave high recognition after the visit and evaluation.

At 12 o’clock that night , our general manager Mr. Peng Yibo accompanied Director Ning and Chief Engineer Li to the relevant casting companies for on-site measurements.
