• Outstanding production individual : Zhang Fuxian, although he has only been working for more than 4 months, has quickly mastered the basic skills and processes required for this position with his hard work, desire for knowledge and down-to-earth and conscientious attitude, strengthened his business skills and learned and applied them, and actively participated in the work of coordinating equipment inspection. In order to effectively control the abnormal status of on-site equipment and ensure the safe, efficient and smooth progress of production, he made suggestions and offered advice. His outstanding work performance and strong sense of responsibility have not only helped him grow and mature, but also won unanimous praise from leaders and colleagues.

• Excellent Production Team : In the two collective inspections of 5S, they did not clean arbitrarily because the area they were responsible for was relatively wide, the local site was bad, and the cleaning was difficult. Instead, they sorted and cleaned the materials in the warehouse many times with a rigorous and responsible attitude, and received the most votes in the team election.

5. Excellent employees in various functions :

(I) Chen Quanzhen has worked in Rongke for 2 years and 5 months. She is diligent and conscientious. Faced with the pressure of increasing production orders and heavier tasks, she actively cooperated with the leadership to share the work and took on the burden of connecting and following up the ERP system with various departments. After her hard work, the ERP system is now operating normally. While completing her own work tasks, she also actively participated in the training and teaching of interns. After careful teaching, the interns she taught can complete part of the work independently. Chen Quanzhen not only shows a sunny and positive attitude at work, but also cooperates highly with colleagues and actively completes cross-departmental tasks, such as teaching, receiving customers, and participating in activities.

(II) Luo Qin, who has performed outstandingly in the Marketing Department, is diligent in thinking, good at summarizing, follows up on projects with goals and detailed plans, and can promote the efficient implementation of projects. More importantly, she sets clear goals for herself and puts them into unremitting actions, continuously surpassing herself, and is a rare role model in the team.
