IDE Furnace Leakage Alarm System
Rongke has developed a full-time and all-around furnace leakage alarm system. This system is safe and reliable. It has a patented design and meets EU CE safety standards.
The leakage detection system works in a simple way. When molten iron seeps through the gap in the furnace lining, it touches the current detection electrode. This triggers a leakage current alarm. If the molten iron reaches the coil, the voltage detection circuit activates. Then, an alarm sounds and shows the exact location of the leak.
The grounding alarm system also improves safety. When molten iron moves 2 cm close to the coil, the system detects a higher leakage current to the ground. If the coolant’s conductivity becomes too high, the intelligent system senses the issue and triggers an alarm.
